Planning My Winter C2C Walk

In November 2022 I decided to walk the UK's Coast to Coast Path in 7 days during the second half of February 2023.
I am a fairly experienced walker. Over the last 15 years I have done on average at least one long distance path every year including the following:
I have done countless smaller weekend walks/camps, including those in winter conditions.

It's going to be very challenging, however I consider my current fitness level to be sufficient for this attempt. I do a 6-7km run with ~100m elevation change every other day and a 10-20km run every weekend. I cycle 30-50km a week with occasional 100km+ rides. I consistently do other various workouts. My running VO2max is 52 at the age of 40.
I will be arriving in St Bees on Tuesday 14 February 2023 at 13:27, picking up my pebble and leaving by 14:00. Below is my planned schedule:
The distances are based on the GPX file off the LDWA website (membership required) however the total number of 309 km also keeps popping up across the internet. I will be recording my own progress, so we will see. All recorded activities will be available on my Strava page.

I will be wild camping all the way except for one resupply night at Richmond - that is already booked and paid. I am preparing to walk some hours in the dark - typically 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.

My gear thought process and the final selection are fully documented here.

I aim to give a full account of my attempt irrespective of the outcome.

Here are some useful resources I am using for my planning:
